INTRODUCTION:

The finance group is publicly listed, a major leasing company and in operation for over half a century with a vast and reputable worldwide clientele. They are very well experienced in the financing of vessels all over Asia and Europe.

OBJECTIVE:

To provide traditional and structured mortgage loans to shipowners, support in terms of S&P dealings and/or refinancing of the owner’s vessel fleet. The loans are mainly for Bulk Carriers, Oil Tankers, Container – Mpp vessels, LPG Carriers, Chemical Tankers, Yachts, Crew boats, etc. The list is not exhaustive hence we are open to serious enquiries for other vessel types.

TARGETED CUSTOMER BASE:

Structured and flexible financial assistance to Ship Owners with at least 3 vessels in their portfolio, clients who are into the purchase of sea worthy vessels and vessel owners who intend to refinance their existing fleets. They are currently expanding into the European market as well.

CREDIT AND LEGAL TEAM APPROACH:

As this is highly dynamic hence a thorough client evaluation with the required legal documentation is paramount in selecting the potential clients.
