The intent of this statement is to highlight the interest from Sher Worldwide Trading & Consultancy(SWTC) in purchasing vessels that will end up in the SHIP BREAKING / CLEAN & GREEN RECYCLING YARD ENVIRONMENT. THIS MULTIPLE AWARD YARD MEETS INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS IN HEALTH,SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT WITH A TOP NOTCH DILIGENT WORKFORCE. The strength of the company is through it's employees hence the YARD MANAGEMENT is committed as per the set guidelines by the INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION.
Wherein OWNERS of vessels ranging from 6000 LDT and above, ie:- MID RANGE / FSO's / FPSO's / ULCC’s / VLCC’s / BULK CARRIER's / CONTAINER SHIP's / SEMI SUBMERSIBLE's / CRUISE SHIP's / PIPE LAY BARGE's / JACK UP RIG's AND RELEVANT who intends to sell off your / their VESSELS as a DEMOLITION CANDIDATE and / or as mentioned above, SWTC as MANDATED / AUTHORIZED and in collaboration with our ASSOCIATE/S, would be extremely pleased if you could coordinate with us.
SWTC’s GLOBAL ASSOCIATE is a ready "Cash Buyer" who purchases a vessel for "Cash" from the owners and delivers it to the ship recycling yard (CASH BUYER IS ISO / BS / HKC CERTIFIED & COMPLIANT IN GREEN SHIP RECYCLING THUS MEETING THE MOST STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS c/w EVIDENT CERTIFICATIONS). Cash Buyers are NOT brokers. Cash Buyers are PRINCIPAL TRADERS. Cash Buyers take delivery of vessels on both “delivered” and “as is where is” basis and the terms are dependable as per the MOA.
SWTC’s associate have been in the SHIP RECYCLING INDUSTRY since the early 1990’s with offices in London, Germany,Greece, Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Dubai, India, and amongst others who have ample knowledge & dexterity in the purchasing of vessels around the GLOBE, whether the vessel is being sold as "Under Tow, Under Own Power, Delivered Basis or As Is Where Is Basis" , we have the necessary infrastructure, management team & experienced manpower to perform the "Vessel Lift" to it's final destination.
Vessel Deals Concluded by our Associate: More than 1300 vessels of various makes from Reputable Worldwide Ship Owners / Clients to the Ship Recycling Yards in Bangladesh, Turkey, China, India and Pakistan. Green Recycling is what we preach and we do it with "HSE" as our number one priority in each and every “vessel lift”.
The SALIENT REQUIREMENT'S are for the Seller / Owner / Agent to forward the latest vessel photos, videos, vessel detail form, best offer with a realistic & logical price per LDT "As Is Where Is" or Delivered Basis". The seller must also perform their own basic "Due Diligence" as a preventive measure to avoid scams.
SWTC will then coordinate with the CASH BUYER against thorough verification and inspection of the vessel/s including liaising with the Owners, Management team and the relevant authorities including the LAWYERS.
CASH BUYER pays a deposit upon signing of the MOA & settles fully as per the conditions.
SWTC initiates a comprehensive VESSEL QUESTIONNAIRE FORM (VQF) and it is extremely important for OWNERS / SELLERS / AGENTS to fill in the required information so that SWTC and its GLOBAL ASSOCIATES and/or CASH BUYER performs the necessary judgement and subsequent planning which would render the closing of the SALE AND PURCHASE of the VESSEL/s in a more RAPID succession.
